Custom AI Solutions for Your Business
We build custom AI solutions for work your current software can't handle well. That can mean custom SaaS, an internal tool, a dashboard your team trusts, or an AI agent that reads documents and inboxes so people start with the details already sorted.
What Custom AI Solutions Can Do
AI that reads documents
Pull the details from invoices, forms, and other paperwork, then send anything unclear to a person for review.
AI that reads inboxes
Sort incoming email, pull out what matters, and put the most important items at the top.
Internal tools
Give your team one simple tool for a job that's currently spread across spreadsheets and emails.
Dashboards
Bring numbers from your software into one view, so you can see what's happening without building a report by hand.
Custom SaaS
Software built around how your business works, which you own.
AI agents
Handle a multi-step task and stop for a person to approve what matters.
When a Custom Build Makes Sense
A custom build usually makes sense when your process is repeatable, the work takes a lot of time each week, and the software on the market doesn't fit how your business runs.
We'll even recommend existing software if it can do the job. You'll get a clear answer during the process review, before you commit to a build.
Custom AI Tools We've Built
These tools are running in businesses today.
SEO Agent
Manual SEO work across paid tools now runs through one connected agent, so the team does more in less time and drives more results for clients, with the human expert in the driver's seat. About 20 hours saved each week. Link: /case-studies/seo-agent/
Customer Reply Drafting
Drafts replies under the business's rules and waits for a human expert to approve them.
Keeping Your Data Safe
Custom tools can touch private client, employee, or financial information, so we look at that before we scope the work. We review what the tool will touch and who needs access. If something doesn't belong in an AI tool, we leave it out.
We use individual logins or limited access instead of shared passwords, and each side keeps the other's private information confidential.
Who Owns the Finished Tool
You own the finished build once the final payment is made. Your proposal also lists the expected running costs. Your tools run on your own accounts wherever possible, so you pay those costs directly, and anything we pay for you is billed at cost.
After handoff, your team has a live walkthrough and written instructions. If you need changes later, support is $150 an hour, billed monthly in 15-minute increments, with nothing to prepay.
What Custom AI Solutions Cost
Small builds usually cost $3,000 to $7,500, and larger builds usually cost $12,000 to $30,000. A process review gets you to one fixed price.
