What Our AI Consultant Does
We start with what your team does every day, then look at where AI can help. A good AI project begins with one task your team knows well, like entering invoices, building a monthly report, or sorting through an inbox.
From there, we find out how the task runs today, who does it, and how much time it takes. Then we recommend what to automate, what to leave with your team, and whether a build makes sense at all.
What the AI Process Review Includes
The process review costs $750 and takes about 5 hours. We sit down with the person who does the work and the person who would approve the project, then analyze the task from start to finish.
You'll receive:
- A simple map of how the work happens today
- A written list of what to automate and what to leave alone
- Estimated time or money saved
- A proposal with a fixed price, timeline, deliverables, and exclusions
The plan is yours to keep. If we recommend against a build, we'll explain why and give you the written findings.
What AI Consulting Costs
The intro call is free. The process review costs $750, paid before it starts, and the full amount is credited toward any build of $2,500 or more.
How We Handle Data and Security
Many owners are curious about AI and careful about their data, and they should be. Before we build anything, we go through exactly what a tool would touch and who could access it. If something doesn't belong in an AI tool, we leave it out.
During the review, please don't send passwords or sensitive files by email. We use individual logins or shared access points instead of shared passwords.

We're a good fit when you have a team, a repeatable process, and usable data. Our goal is to make people's work easier, faster, and more accurate, so they can make a more meaningful impact. If your sole goal is to cut staff, we're the wrong partner.
We focus on established small and midsize businesses. Onsite work is available up to 1.5 hours from Youngstown, Ohio which covers Pittsburgh and Cleveland.
