Meet Nick Volinchak, Founder and AI Consultant
I'm a strategist who builds. I went to Youngstown State twice, first for a bachelor's in accounting and then for the MBA. Since then, I've put in a decade of operations work, ten years co-running a business here in the Valley, and five-plus years building AI and automation systems, with IBM certifications behind them.
NVisionaryAI is focused on AI and automation. I stay with your project from start to finish, so you explain your business once and have one person to call.
Outside of client work, I serve as volunteer treasurer of the Community Liberation Foundation, a Youngstown nonprofit that runs neighborhood food pantries and a medical debt relief campaign in Mahoning County.
Our Founder Story: Replacing Paid Software With a Custom Tool
I was paying about $7,500 a year in subscriptions for sports betting tools, so I built my own tool to replace them. It took about 10 hours to build and now costs about $175 a year to run, and it saves me about 10 hours a week.
I took the same approach at work, building an SEO agent and a website monitoring agent to take on work the team had been doing by hand. Those tools are running in businesses today.
That experience shapes how we work with clients. We start by finding where the time and money are going, then decide whether a build is worth it.
